Private parties are strongly encouraged to pre-register their consignment items here. Using this form will save you considerable time when you bring your sale items to the swap. You must complete a separate form for each item of clothing or equipment.
You should also download and sign the Private Party Seller Instructions waiver form, and bring it with you when you bring your consignment items.
Bring your items to the school on Friday, 10/31, between 5-8 pm or Saturday, 11/1, between 7-9 am. If you have pre-registered them, it should only take a few minutes to obtain your swap tags, attach them to your items, and turn in your signed waiver.
Sellers may pick up unsold items and payment for sold items on Sunday, 11/2 (2-4pm).
The commission for private party sellers is 25%. Please price your equipment accordingly.
We will be checking all equipment as it comes in for defects or obsolescence that would render it unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse any item. |
